One of the biggest challenges in traditional small-business investing is the difficulty of exiting before a project ends. That's why we built a real secondary market into ELAF.
How does it work? If you hold a share in an active project and you're past the instant-refund window (3 days), you can list your share for sale at a price you set, and your listing appears to other investors on the platform.
Any other investor can buy your share directly โ the funds are transferred to your wallet immediately, and the share moves to their name with no manual admin intervention.
This gives you real flexibility: you can liquidate your investment whenever you need to, instead of waiting for the full project term to end. It also gives new investors a chance to join already fully-funded, successful projects.
You can browse current listings from the 'Secondary Market' section of your account.
